A favorite as it has a double and single bed as well as air-conditioning, a sink and 2 ceiling fans. Two vintage oak washstands lovingly restored by Jennifer and her Mother compliment these rooms. Perhaps its nicest feature is that it is right off of the top porch...you'll feel as though you have a private veranda right outside your door!

It is ideal for either
singles or couples, plus,
it is the perfect companion

9 is a favorite for those who crave that added measure of privacy. It is tucked into the furthermost corner of the house, is directly
across from a shower room
and a few steps from the
water closet. Room 9 has
a sink, paddle fan, A/C
and a double bed. 
Room 10 is a favorite for those who crave that added measure of privacy. It is tucked into the furthermost corner of the house, and right outside are two large shade trees giving you an indoor tree fort feeling! Room 10 has a double and single bed. sink, paddle fan and A/C

12 is a large and airy single rom with windows looking out over both Central and McClintock. In fact, it feels like you are in your own tree fort as tall trees flutter their leaves gently in front of the windows. Soothingly decorated in ocean blues, grays and whites.

14 is a single bedroom done in whites and taupes. Yet, while it is a room for one person, it does have a large wardrobe as pictured. There is a sink, ceiling fan and a bureau fan - no AC. In foreground, out of site is the bureau. The window and the fan provide ample circulation.
There are two shared baths
at the end of the hall:
one is a full bath, and
one is a powder room. 
Room 16 is really soothing with its "healing aloe" color on the walls. AC, sink and recently refinished oak bureau (to left, not pictured) compliment the space. This bed is full-sized and can sleep two. There are two shared baths; one is a full bath, and one is a powder room. 
Room 17 is a sweet single bedroom with sink, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. It's
decor is soothing white and soft blues.
Room 18 is very simple and soothing. Taupes, reds, a large wardrobe (not seen on right), A/C, ceiling fan, sink, and a full sized bed make this room ideal for couples or just for one. There are two shared baths; one is a full bath, and one is a powder room. 
Room 19 is highly sought after because it has two twin beds, sink, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. A blue and gray decor is pleasing to all. There are two shared baths just a few steps away; one is a full bath, and one is a powder room.
