TV/DVD/VCR located in both the apartment living room and lobby.
Outdoor shed has appx. 12 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
Twelve beach towels available for your use.
There is no smoking inside the Inn, at all, however smokers are welcome to smoke on the porches.
Twenty (20) beach passes are included with rental. (under 12 are free) Additional daily passes available at a steep discount if needed.

Policies

Changeover day is Monday. Check in is no earlier than 3 p.m. and check out is no later than 11 a.m.
This rental cannot accommodate pets.
Each rental will have terms and conditions clearly delineated in a lease signed by the landlord and the tenant. A deposit and signed lease will secure the rental. Balance due two months prior to occupancy.
